I have a MacBook Air still under warranty and Applecare. The hinge on the left has broken. According to what I have read on the web this is an apple design flaw and apple will fix free of charge. Does anyone in Bali know about this.

I bought ipad in singapore around 3 months ago,but when i go back to bali,suddenly home button in my ipad can’t use properly,and my ipad still under warranty one year.where should i repair my ipad in bali?

Hi there
I have a IPhone 3GS .
Out of the blue, callers are unable to hear me but i can hear them loud and clear.
I tried to play music via the speaker and it works.
I tried to record my voice using the Voice Memo. But no sound is recorded. I think there is something wrong with the Mic probably.
Will you be able to check and repair that at your shop?

Hi, I have a huge problem with my iPod, I was wondering if you could fix this too? Two days ago it started making weird scratching noises and sometimes skipped songs but was otherwise still working. Now I turned it on and only saw a grey screen and the apple logo, however, after some minutes the menu appeard saying there was no music, no playlists, no songs, no albums. If I check thought, I see that the whole content is still there, but the iPod doesnt recognise it as music anymore – the content is listed as “other” instead.
Now, my problem is, I left my mac at home, cause it’s an iMac but now I’m working in Bali with a borrowed PC laptop with which my iPod is not synchronised. So I cannot simply re-synch it. Is it possible to fix my iPod somehow so that I can listen to my music again?

Hello. I added a USB hub modem to my MacBook air which did not work & unfortunately I did not uninstall. The guy helping me clicked open with setup. Now I have the spinning wheel. Tried cops -pram – open & hold shift. Cntrl shift v– says computer idle and an airport error. I think eo0. Any code to tell airport not to open? I am in Tulamben. Where is closest store or consultant? Ubud ??? I appreciate any help. Laptop does still charge so I think there is hope it will work again. Thanks. Lisa

hey i have an mac book pro and i plugged it in here on bali a couple of times and i left for nusa lembongan ..after coming back i tried to start it and its just not turning on,,,, doesnt make any noise and its just black…. do you have any suggestions? or what can i do? can you deal with that?

I have bought Imac 27 inch last februari. Have problems with mouse , everytime ” lost connection ” do I have to bring whole computer to store for repair or only mouse ? battery are fully loaded for keyboard and mouse . connection restores after 2 minutes again, very irritating.
